I'd a Quarter Horse.  Athletic, been there, done that kind of attitude with an ol' reliable twist.  Buckskin in color.

I would be an atheletic dressage horse.  See the You Tube for Blue Hors Matinee....Incredible and aqbssolutely magnificent. Might want to be a Lippizan.
