For H1B Visa:In AndhraPradesh-How to attend visa consulate in Mumbai or Delhi??

Dear Friends,I got the H1B for this year.I reside and work in AndhraPradesh.I know that for Visa Interview,I should go to Chennai Consulate only;But would like to go to either Mumbai or Dehi Consulate.Is there any way,I can??

You can make an interview appointment through the normal process of either Mumbai or Delhi:

That said, they might question why you don't want to apply in Chennai; be prepared to answer.
