For Kmart employee's, what do you press to ring up a gift card thats not a kmart card?

I feel silly, but my supervisors are really annoying and don't like to be pestered. So does anyone know? Like, say for instance someone wants to pay with a mastercard giftcard, what button(s) do I press?

With the mastercard giftcards... all u have to do is run it like a credit card.... eft (twice). For a kmart gift card u have to press kmart cash (twice).

But really u should be able to ask one of ur coworkers this. And if u cant talk to ur sup about a simple thing like this... I think u should go higher up... or leave that store!!! I wont put myself thru working with people like that!!!
