Because i just got 4 Treetop Village cards, except one is a 10th edition and the other three are from Urza's Legacy. So would i still be able to use these four cards in Pro-Tourny's that use the Standard Template?

  1. Yes, you can use any printing of cards as long as they are legal in the format. I can go to the pro tour with Beta edition Birds of Paradise that has “Summon Mana Birds” as a creature type, and I would still be admitted. Similarly, I can play a Wrath of God from any edition. It’s great!

    Good luck in your tourney.

  2. yes

  3. Sure you can. When you play in any format (Standard, Vintage, Extended) you can use any version of any card allowed in that format. For example, you can use an Elvish Warrior from Onslaught in a Lorwyn block deck.

Your Treetop Village are valid in Standard, even if they are from the Urza's Legacy expansion. In fact, they are cooler than the newer one, just because they are older and harder to get. =D

    Hope this help.

  4. As long as a card is printed in a legal set for the type of tournament you are using, you can use any version of the card printed.  I have been in Standard tournaments where Portal Raging Goblin was used.  Also in another match, someone played a Beta Llanowar Elves.

Your Urza's Legacy Treetop Village is legal in Standard and your Xth Treetop Village is legal in Urza Block tournaments.
