i'm 14 and i started working at mcd's and i work register rite now but i'm in my 2nd month so far and i wanna learn how to work in the back to cook all the stuff so is it harder to learn the back than it is window thanx

  1. **** McDonalds, quit now and get a job at Chick-Fil-A, they train you in everything when you start and you choose what you want to do for the most part. not to mention only working with fresh ingredients. If i feel like pressure cooking, the hand breaded, hand filleted chicken sandwich, in peanut oil. then i will.

    if i want to wash dishes... i do

    if i want to hand cut and and squeeze the California sunkist lemons for the lemoaide...then i do

    If i want to to drive thru...i do

    and the best part is they train you, and its not hard to pic up on anything

  2. I worked there lots of years ago in highschool. The grill area is easier than counter because you dont have to interact with people. The food is all on timers and all you gotta do is put it in and thats it.. Its pretty easy.. I dont know if they will let you work in the grill till your 16 tho.. Good luck~
