For New York State Driver's Tests, Are the Examiner's Easier on Marking for The Second Time?

like do they realize that it's your second time? My first time, in rochester (emerson and glide) the examiner was extremely intimidating and I got 95 points which is terrible. Please Help! My next test is in brockport and i am EXTREMELY NERVOUS

  1. No more then likely they will be harder,  I failed my with 32 points and she just said come back monday and dont be so nervous.


  2. The test will  be no harder then the first one the only thing is it will be a different test.....
