What is a reasonable amount of time and speed for a roller coaster to be chain lifted up the first major hill if the height of the hill is about 131 ft? (I am asking for the lifting time and speed, not the dropping time and speed) Thanks.

Something like 30 - 45 seconds to get to the top is more than enough.

about 25 seconds to 45 seconds it depends really on how fast it is going.
