For a Blackberry Pearl is it possible to have your text messages on vibrate without effecting your ring-tune?

When I change it to vibrate on the home screen it also changes all my calls to vibrate. I want to be able to hear my ring tune as well as keeping my txt msgs on vibrate.

Yes if you go to your profiles and go down to advances.... Select the profile you want to edit (e.g. normal).  Scroll down to messages and put this to vibrate.  If your Phone is normally set to ring and the messages set to vibrate your good to go.  Only problem is you wont be able to hear a msg for voicemail.

You can have SMS Text notifications on vibrate while having a normal ring tone play when someone calls. However, the voice message notification is the same as the SMS Text notification. So if you have the SMS Text notification set to vibrate, then when you get a voice message notification (notifying you that you have a voice message) it will also be on vibrate.
