your memory card may be corupted try to format or replace original recommended card as indicated in the manual.

Try formatting your card or try another card.

Answer 3

Format your card with the camera.  If that doesn't work, try doing a factory reset on your camera.  If that doesn't work, try upgrading the firmware which should be available on the Fujifilm website.
