For a Vampiress name(Character in my book)?

Let it be known that I have gotten much praise on this book at that just because it has a vampiress in it does NOT mean that it is a rip off of the twilight series. There were plenty of vampire books before hers, and none of them were accused of being a rip off.

Names I am juggling:

Genevieve

Belinda

Isabella

Victoria

Adele

Adelaide

  1. Genevieve would be so great.Thats my favorite girls name.Congrats on the book.

  2. Adelaide and Genevieve are awesome the sound vampirish

  3. I agree with the first two. Genevieve is perfect for a vampire! My next choice would be Adele or Adelaide. Just don't do Isabella, People will think that your copping Twilight no matter what you say.

  4. i absoluely agree with the other person.

And i like Genevieve - it does sound vampirish

  5. NOT Isabella or Victoria, as those are both more or less versions of names used in Twilight. Genevieve is good, although depending on how old the vampire is supposed to be, you can give her a name that's specific to her time period and country/region of birth.

  6. I like Genevieve; it seems to fit a Vampress.

Victoria is too elegant, and Isabella DOES remind me of Twilight.  Belinda is a very unattractive name and Adele (and Adelaide) are way too gentle-sounding.

If you are looking for other suggestions, I would recommend using Vivienne or Evangeline.
