For a course in BCA which would be better, Bangalore or Delhi?

We are confused from which to choose, Delhi or Bangalore? some friends and relatives said Delhi is better for BCA than Bangalore. But some said Bangalore is better for BCA because it is the main centre for these courses. So, we would be very very glad if you could help us with our confused minds. Since it our first time in sending our brother outside the state( Manipur)

i think PUNE will be better, standard of Education is high and good chances to get recruitment in various software companies. Also cost of living in Pune is less than delhi and banaluru ( name has changed )

for bca banglore is good beacause it is the backbone of it for india so u join it... in banglore
