Question:

For a day is this a healthy diet.i am a boy.my age is 14 and my weight is 190 pound.thanks for all your help?

breakfast:a bowl of rice krispie cereal without sugar, a apple.

lunch:a bowl of salad without dressing, 3 to 6 baby carrots.

snack:a chocolate donut.

dinner:a tortilla naan with two pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of white bread with cheese, a boiled egg.

8 glass of water or more.

    oatmeal is another great breakfast (not the pre-packaged kinds)

    salad is good.. and carrots..

    the chocolate donut it bad, but it wont do that much harm

    and dinner is good but switch to whole grain bread.

Only thing i would suggest is that switch from white bread to Whole wheat, and don't eat the yolk in the eggs and add more vegetables and limit your chicken piece to one, and for snack dont eat the chocolate donuts, instead eat a pear or a banana! or simply a glass of milk! You would be able to loose a lot of pounds by this~ and instead of rice krispies eat Special K.!! And excersise!

  4. oatmeal is probably the best breakfast you could have

    as it is good for the heart and reduces cholesterol..

    also it's better to exercise to lose fat and not go on a diet because due to the lack of food your body actually starts to break down muscle tissue to get nutrition and leaves the fat for last

    exercising regularly would help
