Question:

For a day is this a healthy diet.i am a boy.my age is 14 and my weight is 85 kg.thanks for all your help?

i forget to mention that i exercise 50 minutes daily on a treadmill.

breakfast: one bowl of rice krispie cereal without sugar and 4 pieces of baby carrots.

lunch: one bowl of salad without dressing,4 to 8 baby carrots,a orange.After an hour one tortilla naan with two pieces of chicken.

snack: medium 21oz of banana and strawberry smoothie

dinner: a bowl of mushroom soup with a apple.

8 glass of water or more.

  1. "and a strawberry smoothie". gosh your cool... i mean strawberries=coolness right?^^ lols

    so 85 kg is 100 pounds. thats pretty healthy for a boy if your height ranges from... lets say about 5' 0" to 5' 6"
