For a dry,sensitive face?

I've used Cetaphile, Biore, Noxema, and rite aid products. I'm running of ideas and money, what helps a dry, sensitive face? I barely have acne but

I do have dry patches, on my nose, cheeks and a small dry patch on my forehead. I am a boy so no I never touched make up.help please? thanks

go to a dermatologist. you may have skin condition that causing those dry patches.
