For a guy, audi a4, or audi tt coupe?

why would u not cinsider the tt for someone under 25?

what everyone seems to be missing is this:  are you going to need the space the A4 offers often?  If yes, then get the A4 for practicality reasons.  If no, then get the sporty TT.  They utilize the same engines both 1.8T (2.0T) or 3.0 (3.2).

The TT is a nice car, so is the A4 (I own an A4) and I would love to have a TT but I am moving stuff around often and my car does an amazing job, whereas the TT would require more than 1 trip carrying the same exact cargo that my A4 holds.

Get the A4 every time. The TT is a hairdressers car. and with regard to one of the other answers I've just read,  if you buy an A4 quattro which is  4wd. you'll find it a much better handling car than  the TT. Een if you don't buy the quattro, you'll still have a nicer car than the TT, for example you could buy the S-LINE a4 which has the almost the same sporty styling as the quattro without the 4wd. and as far as power is concerned, the A4 has a much wider range of engines than the TT.

eg. 1.6 petrol, 1.8 petrol, 1.8 turbo petrol, 2.0 petrol,2.0 turbo petrol, 2.4 v6 petrol, 3.2v8 petrol. and when you talk about diesel, (don't discount them completely) you've got 1.9 turbo, 2.0 turbo, 2.7 turbo,3.0 turbo. just to give you some idea, the 2.0 turbo diesel will do 0-62 in about 8.5 - 9 sec. and go on to 135mph! and it'll cruise at around 48 mpg!! after that it's your choice, but as far as I'm concerned for the real driving man, the A4 beats the TT hands down.

I had a tt when i was 18 so I dont think your age is a problem. The tt is a much nicer looking car and is much more fun to drive than the a4.

i think their both really good cars. For someone under 25, the a4 is probably better and not so sporty as the TT is.

Okay well I am an 18 year old girl who drives a 2008 Audi TT 3.2L Coupe. I received it for my 17th birthday and I must say it is sporty and you get a lot of looks. It depends if you want a 4 door or coupe. The back doesn't have a lot of room unless your friends are about 5'0ft tall. With the 3.2L you get AWD and not just FWD, which is nice because I live at 1100ft elevation on a mountain and it helped in about an inch of snow getting home late at night, but I would not recommend it for very snowy weather-Jeep works fine. Also, it's difficult to park TT sometimes so you don't hit curb in front of you. I've ****** up the rims by getting to close to a curb and that was the dumbest thing I've done. Except I just ****** my mom's Mercedes SLK55 AMG by running the front bumper over parking curb thing too quickly-had to get a new bumper. So you really have to be careful with cars that low. I just got my recall done for the seatbelt and it was minor. Something happened to driver's window on my car and so they had to order a part so the window goes up and down correctly. It's a nice luxury and sporty car with 250 hp. You're fine if you are under 25 driving it, just don't drive like an a*****e and be careful because I THINK it's made of aluminum (or some expensive metal) and it's more expensive to fix...just depends if you want sedan or coupe I guess and how many people you wanna take. I do love my coupe with the spoiler (you can put the 2008's up and down)...mine has Satellite radio, a plug in for an iPod, and navigation system as well as a blue tooth hook-up which are all very nice features. Hope this helps... Sorry so long. People will look at you and tell you have nice car and not be expecting young people to be driving it. Mine cost about 50-60k at the time because it was bought in 2007. Oh also has magnetic ride and a Sport mode in addition to drive mode but I never use those..... Bad thing is it uses premium gas which is just a rip off!

For a straight guy, the a4.  Otherwise, the tt.  Doesn't matter how old you are, I still feel the same.

I think it depends on your age, if you are under 25, I would not consider the TT

Im a guy under 25 and the audi tt would be my choice beause it has better more aggresive styling, more power, and 4wd :) what better 4 a young guy.

A4 sporty quick professional and can be very fast if a chip and exhaust is added..almost 300HP on the 2.0t
