  1. In Michigan?  Ha, good luck finding a teaching job here with the way our economy is right now.

    Seriously.  You better move out of state or something.

I am assuming you are asking what degrees/certifications you need to teach HS chemistry.  Most states require completion of an accredited teacher training program and passage of either state or national certification tests for initial licensure.  Some states require completion of a subject degree in addition to teacher training, some offer a combined program of subject and training.  

    For definitive answers, check the website for the Michigan Dept. of Education.  Look for a link to teacher certification requirements.
