purple eye shadow or tan but brown also a neutral color so it goes good with colors the come off of purple such as blue and pink and same with tan

black eyeliner is the best but brown works too

and same with mascara and light colored lip gloss

For evening, go for purples. I would do purple with black and silver

hehe, i have brown eyes. i LOVE using purples as eyeshadows, light purples, light greens. it looks SO nice! :) and black liner & mascara.

for brown color eyes use either bage/turkish wheat eye shadow on lower side of eyelid mixing up with golden as move upward to wards eye brows.Then dark chocolate or dull black eye liner & mascara.& light Kajal in eyes....................will make the eyes beautiful.
