For a school project, i have to create a Tag Body Spray advertisement, that is targeted towards females.?

I don't know how elaborate you're going to make it, but here's something off the top of my head.

Since Tag is typical for objectifying women, you could appeal to women's senses on this and spin it, only make it a complete parody.

Something like, instead of using a hot guy to sell the ad like they do with the men Tag ads, you could have something like a group of attractive females at a bar after work and have a hairy flabby guy  (holding a beer and scratcing his you know what ha ha) smelling them as they walk by. When he smells them, he can't resist and tries hitting on them or giving them a perverted look, but looks like a fool lol ect.... but in the ad you can have the girls rolling their eyes and at the bottom of the ad (next to a can of Tag) you can have a slogan that says, ... "Some things are irresistible ... others, you just can't help but resist."  You can also put the last part of the slogan (about some things you just can't help, but resist) next to the creepy guy, so readers put two and two together.

Sounds kinda goofy, but ads that are empowering to women and laugh at gender objectification really seem to be a growing trend...the dove ads for example.
