For a single male, which place is better to go to meet women and party, Boca Chica, DR or Panama City, Panama?

I've been to Boca Chica several times and love it there, but was thinking of broadening my horizons and trying a different country. I would go to Panama City in a heartbeat but the only problem is there is no beach which is walking distance to Panama City. I would have to take a cab for an hour and who the the heck wants to do that. In Boca Chica, the beach is right there. What should I do?
