For a speech course, I will need to provide a 5 min. video presentation w/sound. Can I do this w/ a webcam?

I am willing to invest in a web cam that produces quality video streaming that I may burn to a cd for my project. -Of course within a moderately reasonable price. Thank you in advance.

Yes you can providing the web cam accepts a sound input,which is normally a small wire that plugs into your sound card input,if you buy a web cam you should get a software program with the cam that will let you do what you want to do.or use any video editing software.Hope this helps.
