For a summer assignment i have to find 2 primary documents, eyewitness testimonies of depression-era kids.HUH?

They have to provide an understanding of the challenges of growing-up int he 1930's in this country. i am having a difficult time figuring out what to do and what it is asking me to do. Please help if you can....and hurry deadline by August 17 2008

primary documents are from somebody during that time period. If you have grandparents or great grandparents, you can conduct an interview with them asking them about the depression.

Other primary documents are diaries and speeches. They need to be directly from that period, or from a person that directly experienced.

You need to find something either written by kids in the depression at the time, memoirs from people who WERE kids in the depression.
