  1. Least supportive was my adoptive mom- who told my siblings, one adopted, two not- that I initiated a reunion with my birthpeople so that I could hurt her.  Most supportive were friends who knew for years that I had to know who I was and where I came from- the entire experience was an emotional minefield.  I'm not sorry I did it- but I wish I had been  better prepared...
