  1. not legoland.

  2. Thorpe Park

Best water ride - Tidal Wave (you will get soaked)

Best Rollercoaster - Either Nemesis Inferno or Collossus (does 10 consecutive corkscrews)

Park is open when it's raining

  3. It would have to be Thorpe Park or Alton Towers .....

I'd say that Alton Towers rides are the best!

Alton Towers has a waterpark - They have some great slides - One of them goes up, Lol , I think theres about 3 inside and theres about 3 outside too .Its just great !

  4. definatley not legoland...its gud ffor family's with young children not pepz ur age!!

you need to go to thorpe park or alton towers.

alton towers is a classic in my opinion it has a variation of rides plus its the biggest theme park out of them.

but the best for u guys to hav sum fun isss............ THORPE PARK!!!!its brilliant fun && wayyyyy exciting (but not as big as alton towers)!!

  5. its got to be alton towers its bigger and better than thorpe park

forget about legoland that is more for familys with young children

  6. thorpe park

legoland is the childish of the three

  7. Alton Towers deffinately

  8. Thorpe Park

best thing if your not sure google it n have a look at thier sites see what rides they all have and see which one would appeal toy you the moist... everybody has diffrent veiws.. i quite likes alton towers aswelll and most of them do opperate when its raining :)

  9. not legoland thats for children,

thorpe park and alton towers are similer, have you thought about drayton manor?..

    ok so..

    Thorpe park

it has a BIG water flume (probly the biggest out of the 3 parks)

it has a roller coaster called stealth whcih is massive

    http://stealth.thorpepark.com/images/pho...

thats a pic of it ^^^

    other main coasters:

    Colossis - amazing intensive rollercoaster

    nemisis inferno -

    Alton towers:

    Main atractions:

Air - the first and only (in the UK) lie down rollercoaster

Nemisis (the original and bigger better version of thorpe parks)

Rita - (queen of speed) rolercoaster which goes 0-100kmph  in 2.5seconds

    other coasters:

Oblivion - a straight drop rollercoaster followed by a short corkscrew

there is a waterflume but not as good as thorpe parks

    and then drayton maynor

The only main thing which makes it better than the other parks is the fact its got a stand up rollercoaster.

They do run in the rain but some rides may be shut down (usually just for an hour)

i recommend thorpe park or alton towers

    have a good day!

  10. Alton Towers

My partner and I alternate between Alton Towers and Thorpe Park and have found that Alton Towers has more rides suitable for adults than Thorpe Park. They have excellent roller coasters for the high adrenalin action and the water rides are great too.

The only down side is the exceptionally long queues for rides :o(

That being said a day out at either would be good fun for all so maybe check out which is the best value and easier to get to?

I’d avoid Legoland as I found it aimed more at younger children and possibly teenagers.

I’ve been to both when its tipping down so yep they still operate in bad weather – in fact it can mean there are less queues which is a bonus!

  11. Thorpe park definately. The others are childish and not big enough. Thorpe park definately has everything you need.
