  1. At their meetings, Jehovah's Witnesses have been considering a verse-by-verse discussion of the apostle John's Revelation, using the Bible itself and the publication "Revelation - Its Grand Climax at Hand!" from the week beginning January 8, 2007 through the week beginning July 28, 2008.

Starting with the week beginning August 4, 2008, Jehovah's Witnesses will begin considering the twelve Bible books sometimes referred to as "the twelve prophets" or "the minor prophets", using the publication "Live With Jehovah's Day in Mind" alongside the Bible itself, of course.

As the questioner alludes, Jehovah's Witnesses are renaming their "Congregation Book Study" as "Congregation Bible Study" beginning January 2009. The meeting will be shortened from a full hour to a half hour, and congregants have been recommended to use the former meeting time for additional study as individuals and as families.

It might seem that the critics of Jehovah's Witnesses will have less to criticize, since certain anti-Witnesses have long objected to the study of "books" and have long pretended that Jehovah's Witnesses minimize the need for personal and family study. Yet, it seems certain that anti-Witnesses will find something about which to imagine some fault.
