Is working at Starbucks a challenging job?

I really have the passion and drive, and know I have what it takes to become a starbucks barista, I already have the job, and so far Im on my first week of training. would love some feedback from some real starbucks barista's out there about what to expect from this job, and more importantly, what makes you an amazing barista?..

I agree with guest2276. I don't agree with Christmas time = h**l MONTH! I actually love Christmas time. It is a great opportunity to make connections with new customers and appreciate your repeat customers. I have had many jobs however this is by far the most fullfilling job of them all. In fact it's not a job it's a career choice. Good luck.
