I'm really trying to work on my flexability. whats the best thing to do to get your back flexable if you know what i mean.????

  1. back bends, rolling down to the floor and rolling back up,,, basically if u take a modern class all those exercises help ur back

On the ground legs apart stretch in the middle hold -1-2-3- side 1-2-3- other side 1-2-3- then start on your right again and hold..... then stay leaning forward and move to your left side hold... then middle and have some one push on your back (lightly) until you are as far as you can go down hold...  slowly back up. best of luck! it helped me alot! =]

  3. You have to make stretching your body a daily routine.  You must remember that flexibility can be achieved and it can also be lost. It is something that needs to be maintained.  Yoga is really good and I know, amongst my dance community, it is a favorite.
