i want to have stronger abs, because i want to be able to stand on my toes will these exercises help...- doing crunches,sit up's and push ups everyday?i also increase the amount for each day.do you guys have any other suggestionsbecause this is my first year on the dance team.i made the tryouts butpractice starts the first of august.can you help me get prepared?because i don't know what to expect.please and thank you.:)
