What happened to your relationship after you/your partner cheated?

---- If you were the cheater, did you feel guilty for the rest of the relationship, deny it, come clean, or what?

----If you were the one cheated on, did you break up with them, or what were the exceptions you kept them?

My girl friend cheated on me.  I wanted to break up with her but she tried to break up with me first for egotistical reasons.  Its funny though, she claims it wasn't cheating because it was with a girl.  If your bi isn't it the same as making out with a guy?  lol.

I've been cheated on.. its terrible, not fun.

Anyway, it was the end of the relationship. Both times. The first time I did the 'second chance' thing and was taught better. Cheaters don't get cured. Only stick with one if you like being cheated on. :p

After my gf cheated on me i ended the relationship because if i could/nt trust her i couldn't be with her

I cheated.  Several times.  I didn't feel guilty and in many ways, I'm glad I didn't.

It showed me that relationship wasn't the one I wanted to be in.

Likewise, when another guy cheated on me, it just confirmed that the two of us shouldnt be together.

In my current relationship, there is no way on earth that I would cheat and if for some reason I did, I wouldn't be able to live with the accompanying guilt.  That speaks volumes to me.

actually I have cheated on someone before and I was cheated on. I got so guilty after uI cheated. I was on a trip to japan for a basketball tournament. On our last night was when it happened. I got up that morning all sad and my room mate walked in andshe already knew what happened and I started to tear. As soon as I had service in my phone (as soon as we landed) I texted my gf and told her right away what had happened. She forgave me and as for the girl I cheated on her with well she still tried to get with me. I explained to both my gf then and the girl I cheated on her with that what had happened was a huge mistake and I made sure both of them understood that.
