For all the dancers, what makes it easier to complete a tilt extension with no hands if you know what i mean?

You lift your leg starting in passe(foot to knee) and pointe your foot toward the ceiling!

  1. first off, being flexible helps, so do your stretches! lol And also dont rotate your hip so your hips are open to the mirror, you want them facing the floor as you are.

    Also i would do a lot of ab work, because those are key to getting balance. Try doing a couple crunches or turns before trying this, see if it helps. always did for me.
