All I know is that my son has downloaded this Sony Media Manager for PSP 2.5.  I have seen him downloading games but am not sure how.

download and install a torrent program then visit www.torrentz.com

search any PSP game that you want, download the torrent file (preferably with the most number of seeds), and open it with the torrent program. the nicer games can over 1 GB while the simpler games would be less than 300 MB. usually it's a .cso or .iso file that's zipped so you'd need winRar to unzip it.
