I have this card, "Toon World", and I'd like to trade it so I can start building my first awesome deck. Should I trade it, and what could I trade it for?

no one wants a toon world it sucks.

cant trade it for much. wouldnt expect getting anything good for it. i suggest buying structure decks and taking out cards from there that you need. its a easy and in expensive way to get what you need.
