  1. Are you in fresh water or salt water?

If you just need water to clean things, you can use "raw" water, which is what your boat is sitting in.  Yes, you'll need to install a pump and hoses.

I'd recommend a Jabsco raw water washdown pump, which is designed for a garden hose. It will need to be mounted where it can have a short inlet hose, and you'll need to mount the electrical switch in a dry location.

Check out www.westmarine.com and you'll find what you need.

  2. use a citron, its old school and  collects rain water in a tank , then yo can just run it through a filter, thats what my family uses at there camp /houseoboat. u can install gutters and run it to it drains into a tank or use a large funnel like contraption to gather it into a tank

  3. The deck hose is best.  Depending on money and talent it runs from a bucket to an automatically switched pump plumbed from a sea-rooster (editor won't accept the proper term)(valve in the hull) to a faucet on deck.

If you need fresh/potable water there are inexpensive RO (reverse osmosis) units on the market today.  This will require a sea suction and discharge, a holding tank and a power source.
