  1. Carlos Menem is the only elected Argentine President to serve his full term in the past 55 years.

    I doubt Buenos Aires is the 3rd largest in the world.  It is bigger than Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, New york, London Sao Paulo or Mexico City?  I've been to all and Buenos Aires isn't half the size of any of them.  Wikipedia has it at 9.2 Million, which is less than any of them
