Living abroad has no effect concerning when the IRS will mail the Stimulus check.  Checks are mailed according to the last two digits of your SSN.

Obviously, mail delivery time will increase depending on the country to which the check is to be delivered.  If you have some idea how long it ordinarily takes for you to receive mail from the States, then that will give you a good estimate of how long it will take your Stimulus check to be delivered to you from the time it is mailed.
