  1. Uk

  2. United Kingdom - The UK is made up of England, Scotland and Wales

  3. i say i am from england and i am english but i know some people say they are from england but are british =/ i dont know anyone who says they are from the UK

  4. England or English, but the government would rather we said British, as not to en-fend all the people who are from abroad and who say there nationally and be proud of it

  5. England is a country what u going on about ?

  6. well, I will rerfer to my country as England. Thats because i'm from England. you won't get many other British People (those from Scotland and wales) refering to their country as England.

Since Britain is made up of England, Scotland and Wales, Britain is more of a geographical area. It is an Island. I will sometimes call myself British, but not often.

Being English has more menaing to me as it shows where i am from within Britain and within the UK.

i will only refer to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) as a whole when talking about politics and the like, or i am abroad.

  7. I was born in Scotland and think of myself primarily as Scottish. But when travelling to places like the far east I tell people I am British as nobody there has ever heard of Scotland. I would not like anyone to refer to me as European, although technically I am, in case they thought I might be French.

  8. i say england

however, a lot of my family say the uk

  9. Well, I live in Wales so I'd say Wales

  10. England! :)

  11. i always say england as its more specific

  12. AArgh! Please spread the word to everyone u know that England and UK/Britain are not the same thing! I am Scottish and therefore from the UK/British, but Uk is made up of 4 separate countries, its like someone calling you Canadian, simply because you live on the same land mass as them. Cool you are taking an interest though!

  13. I say England if i'm asked what COUNTRY i am from, but if someone asks just where im from i say the UK.

  14. I am not English as I was born in Wales. I call myself British, and when anyone asks I say I'm from the United Kingdom.
