At a liquor.

I don't mean to sound rude, but you can find it at just about any liquor store with at least a half decent selection.

Go for Lucid. A little more expensive ($75) than most by a few dollars, but well worth it. It was designed by T.A. Breaux one of the worlds leading experts on absinthe.
