It's only my second day on the water and today I caught a crab... Talk about scary... Is there anything specific I can do to avoid catching a crab, or at least make it so that my chances of catching a crab are lower?

  1. try practicing keeping your blade/s off the water. if your blade is off the water then you cant catch a crab. remember to square the blade before it goes in and keep it squared until the finish. don't bury the blade to deep in the water
