Question:

For anyone (not just Filipinos) who's ever tried Filipino food, what's your favorite/s and why?

I love them all, but my faves are adobo, sinigang, turon, and, of course, kare-kare and fish, such as tuyo and tilapia. ^_^

kalderetang kambing, bulalo, kare- kare, kilawin tanigue or dilis, lomi, lechon, la paz batchoy, any kind of inihaw na isda w/ soy kalamansi dip.
