Does guadalajara have any bohemian neighborhoods? - ones with cafes, funky stores, and artists/musicians etc living there? If not, what's the closest thing in gdl to such a neighborhood?

  1. well there is Tlaquepaque, but the closest thing to an bohemian neighborhood is Av. Chapultepec, close to downtown Guadalajara.

  2. Chapultepec Avenue, and it's surroundings are filled with nice cafés with live music, some are very artistic, also in downtown Guadalajara you can find some but they are scattered. Also near the University of Guadalajara's main building (Enrique Díaz de León and Juarez Ave.) there's also a  few interesting bars/galleries with live alternative music. Also in downtown Zapopan, near Our Lady's Basilica there's a zone known as Zapopan's Bars... most of them are not bohemian but there's one or two that are worth it, anyway is a very nice zone.

  3. Go to "Plaza Del Sol"
