Disco lemonade is something that looks innocent that turns out to be not so innocent. Like the chick he is talking about. The song was written because the singer had just had s*x with his girlfriend in her dorm room at college when her roomate came in. The roomate said "It smells like s*x and candy in here." Then they had a threesome. Now apply this this theory to the rest of the lyrics. like... "hangin round, downtown by myself and I had too much caffeine, was thinkin bout myself and then there she was." Sounds like he was performing cunilingus on his girlfriend and then the roomate helped him out with that. I think the line "like double cherry pie." says it all.
