Question:

For at least 2 weeks I have not been able to delete my messages on my 360 page. How can I get rid of them?

I have checked the boxes numerous times and hit delete w/o them deleting. Any ideas? Thanks!

  1. This is not a case where you should keep trying fruitlessly to delete messages. It has nothing to do with your computer system either.

    This is a recent glitch that many people are experiencing, where the mailbox is busted except for specific periods of the day. You will see old messages and comments any other time of the day, no matter what you do because at the time the mailbox is malfunctioning.     You can't fix the glitch, but you MAY be able to work around it.

    This will tell you what is going on in 360 and why Yahoo is not fixing the bugs.

    The transition is causing this and all their resources are going into getting the new network ready

    You may need to clean your own ''mailbox'' out. Click on your ''mailbox page''

    Click on '' outstanding invitations'' or ''send'' this is on the left side of that page

    Delete everything in there

    As you get messages from your friends try to open them and delete right then after reading the messages

    Then  you may fix the check boxes by doing it that way for a time.
