For at&t blackberry customers?!?

I got a Blackberry Curve through AT&T> I was wondering though why it doesnt have AIM on it when my parents (who have T Mobile and Sprint) do have it on their blackberry curves.

Do i have to download it? what should i download? how do i download it? and does AT&T charge you to have AIM on your phone (i have acess to internet and mssaging on my phone).

  2. you can download a program called palringo its an IM client that supports AIM, yahoo, MSN ICQ and Gtalk

    all you do is go to www.palringo.Com from your phone's browser and you will be able to download it from there, you have to sign up on the palrigo site but its free and the software is too. there is no AIM for blackberry on the AIM site
