For beginner in research reading Journal or conference papers is better?

if i am a new beginner to research field, what would be more useful for me? reading journal papers or the conference papers?

It depends on what you are looking for - you should start your research with an end goal in mind.  What is your thesis, what are you trying to accomplish with your paper?  You then look for sources which will help you to accomplish your goals.

If, btw, you mean journal papers which are based off a conference paper then you may want to consider the journal version first as it is probably an updated version of the original conference paper.
