For chemists/dermatologists: is rice husk ash advisable as an ingredient in lotion?

for my thesis, im going to make a anti-aging lotion. i will use rice husk ash as my main ingredient because it is rich in silica and silica is good on collagen formation that can heal mild wrinkles.

how can i extract the silica from the rice husk ash?

what processes will i use to make that lotion?
