  1. I am currently trying to conceive. I have personally had good results with the herb vitex aka chaste tree berries. I took the chaste tree berries in a tincture. It cost about eighteen dollars. My periods went from a 34 day cycle, bleeding for eight days, and random bleeding throughout my cycle. To a 28 day cycle, bleeding for five days, and no more random bleeding. I had a long cycle for years and the tincture was the only thing I changed so I know it was responsible. I still haven't gotten pregnant yet, but I'm not complaining about five days of bleeding as opposed to eight. This is my experience and I hope it helps you with your research. Good luck!

  2. PLEASE check with a physician because you don't want to take anything that could effect the fetus.

  3. I have indeed heard of those before. Something else, sometimes difficulty getting pregnant can be a result of the female's hormones being out of balance. The herb vitex naturally balances female hormones. It is recommended that the couple stops ttc for a few months while the woman takes the vitex just in case she does get pregnant, although if she does get pregnant while still taking the herb there isn't a big chance of hurting the fetus. Some women take vitex in the early weeks to further help their hormones, so its not terrible.
