For defense in hockey which is better?

ice skates made for power or skates made for quickness, obviously both would be perfect but most companies provide one or the other like the nike supremes or vapors.

well if u are a quick player with lots of agility and like to jump up into the play go for the XXXXs if ur not go with one90s or one 95s! that girl dosn't no anything bout this sport!!! She probably has vapor IVs!!

I have never heard of a skate being made for power? Go with whatever you feel best in...obviously lighter skates like S15s are great for quick feet

I play defense and I use vapors and love them . They are what works for me.
