  1. Apart from a diet based on your needs,I can give you this advice:Don't take any medication(even painkillers) that is not prescribed by a specialist.Each doctor that you visit MUST know exactly what pills you take,in order to avoid dangerous combinations.Check your blood pressure and sugar daily and make a graph on your fridge to watch the improvement.

  2. In addition to seeing a doctor, you should see a dietician & a diabetic educator (usually an RN).  Insurance will usually pay for this, as they know that if you are an active participant in managing your diabetes, it will save money in the long run.  There is way too much information that is important for you to know to try to put into a YA answer.  But the bottom line is that if you can keep your blood glucose in the 80 to 100 range, you can avoid many of the serious complications of diabetes like renal failure, amputations, blindness, etc.

    Losing weight is also important.  You may want to consider gastic bypass surgery if you are obese.  Many people who have this surgery find that the diabetes goes away.  Many folks are able to be off insulin for the first time in years within days of their surgery.

  3. you mast see your doctor love.it is better for you .

  4. for diabeties- low carbohydrates, high fibrediet.    ,                                                                                      for obesity- low fat diet , exersice, and low carbohydrate diet.                                                                                                  for hypothyroidism - i think u should b dependent on u physician.                                                                                         for b.p- i suggest u to depend on u r ongoing anti-hypertensives, and relaxation therapy like{ yoga}
