For doing undergraduate engineering degree abroad what are full scholarships available?

I am a student of Tamilnadu 12th std, (maths physics chemistry computerscience sanskrit english) .I am taking up annual exam in mar 2008. I want to do undergraduate degree in Mechanical enginnering/computerscience engineering ABROAD. I want to know what are all the full scholarships available?

    what do u mean by abroad,...USA...or UK..or Aus..or Singapore..where..???

    i've applied for NUS..i can tell u its details..

    eligibility is 90%in ur 12th exams...and for a competitive application...95% is compulsory...that's it...

    and abt the scholarships--u hv singapore airlines scholarship...they give you 100% scholarship...based on an interview..wich they conduct in May

    and remember the interview is only for the scholarship....and even if u dont get thru the interview u can get an admission
