if i bike 10 miles how many running miles would that be?

  1. although both are great cardio exercises, they each use different muscles. so it's really apples and oranges..


  2. None. Biking is not running. But if you mean how much work is it equal to, I usually figure about 4 to 1, so riding a bike 10 miles would be the same work as running 2.5 miles. That's based on how the amount of time each takes. I can't run to save my life, so the ratio would be something like 10 to 1 for me!
