  1. I got married in June and kept having dreams beforehand where I was really late, forgot something, changed the date and there were no guests, etc.  Even my parents and sister were having dreams about the wedding.  Relax!  It is normal to have these dreams, and don't worry because my wedding was perfect:)

  2. Oh that's normal. I had a couple of dreams before my wedding. One was the pastor not showing up. Another one is that I forgot my dress. Another one is  I forgot my shoes. So this is normal, it is just anxiety that your perfect day may not be all that perfect.Trust me some things may go wrong but all that matters is meeting your hubby to be down the aisle.

    Good luck to you!!!

  3. I had so many bad dreams right before the wedding! It was a little scary but everything turned out perfect

    ~MLF~

  4. I actually ended up getting sleeping pills from my doctor.  It was that bad!  Every "dream" had me awake for the rest of the night.

Realize that the wedding day is NOT going to be perfect, things will go wrong.  I'm sorry, but that's a fact of life.  Luckily, though, the things you dream about are dreams.  The stuff that does go wrong will be minor (though may not seem that way to you at the time).

My dreams I won't share with you.  (Don't want to give you any ideas.)  But what actually went wrong was: I got a flat tire on my way back from getting my makeup done and couldn't reach any of my bridesmaids.  Ended up calling a cousin, who called her husband, who called his brother who was driving by to drop me off.  And I made it to the church on time!

Roll with the punches, and it will be okay.  Ends up being a good story for the years to come ;-)

  5. To the point that I will wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat crying because someone forgot to tell the minister that we changed locations.... or there is a homeless person sleeping in the back seat of our limo.... or the caterer was trying to pass off spaghettios as one of our menu choices... the list goes on and on.

  6. I just got married in July and a few weeks before my wedding I had all kinds of dreams!  I had a dream that someone stole my make up so I had to go with no make up,  That they forgot to bring the music to play for our untity lighting ceremony,  I had a dream we forgot our rings a home and it the wedding had to 'pause; in the middle of so that I could go get them bc I was the only one who knew where they were.!  So I think it's normal ~ Good Luck and Congrats!

  7. ain't never getting married............  I'm too happy being single.........   ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!!!!

  8. That's common. You might be feeling nervous about being prepared/unprepared for the wedding, perhaps?

I have been having dreams about marrying my fiance since before we were even engaged, but now that we are engaged, they're much more common.. And my wedding isn't until June 2009! In some of my dreams, it's our wedding day, but something keeps stalling the ceremony and we never end up getting married before I wake up. Maybe I'm feeling like it's just too far in the future, and it's out of reach. haha I'm eager to marry my sweetie!

  9. Yes I have. I'm getting married in Oct and have had many, many dreams about it. Although, I have to say they're never good dreams. Its always something going wrong, which I'm not that worried about. Its not going to go perfect.

Question...has your wedding preparations been full of drama? Its to the point with mine that I don't even want the wedding anymore. I wish we just eloped. I'm not even a bridezilla! I don't care what they do. As long as everyone shows at the church, I'm good.  I'm getting so sad...
